PURPOSE: A remote power control system of a distributed computing system is provided to improve a remote control method for a control target PC(Personal Computer) by respectively controlling the control target PC. CONSTITUTION: Plural client groups(11,12) are grouped by established units. Plural servers(21,22) are respectively matched with the client groups. The servers transmit power on-off signals to clients within the client group according to the instruction of each operator. The servers respectively control power on-off states. The servers receive the on-off signals for the clients. The servers transmit a power control signal which requests for controlling the power on-off states to the server.
