PURPOSE: A device and method for measuring dryness fraction of two-phase fluid are provided to measure a dryness fraction of two-phase fluid because a constant current is introduced to a pair of electrodes and a voltage drop generated between the electrodes is measured. CONSTITUTION: A device and method for measuring dryness fraction of two-phase fluid comprise a flow path pipe(110), a pair of electrodes(120), a current source(130), a voltmeter, and a control unit. The flow path pipe comprises a flow path where two-phase fluid flows. The pair of the electrodes is installed in the flow path. The current source is electrically joined to the pair of the electrodes, thereby introducing a constant current. The voltmeter measures a voltage drop between the pair of the electrodes. The control unit measures the dryness fraction of the two-phase fluid from the voltage value measured by the voltmeter.
