PURPOSE: A seating position auto adjustable chair is provided to facilitate distance adjustment between the chair and a table or a dining table by attaching springs to the chair. CONSTITUTION: A seating position auto adjustable chair(1) is connected with elastomers. The elastomers are springs. Wheels are additionally attached to chair legs in order to move smoothly. One end of the spring is connected to the chair leg, and the other end is connected to legs of the desk or the dining table. When a user stands up from the chair, the chair automatically draws to the desk or the dining table(2) and narrows distance between the chair and the desk or the dining table.
