PURPOSE: An opening and closing device for a drain outlet is provided to easily couple and decouple a stopper body to/from a drain outlet when necessary. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing device for a drain outlet comprises a mounting unit(10), a drain outlet opening and closing body(20), and a stopper member(60). The mounting unit has a mounting body(11) and a latching unit(13). The mounting body is installed in a drain outlet(5). The latching unit is formed on the mounting body. The drain outlet opening and closing body has a fixing unit(30), a lifting unit(40), and a lifting height control unit(50). The fixing unit is detachably installed in the latching unit. The lifting height control unit controls the lifting of the lifting unit. The stopper member opens and closes the drain outlet depending on the lifting height of the lifting unit.
