PURPOSE: A GLP-2 conjugate with improved persistence and stability in vivo is provided to highly maintain peptide activity and to treat bowel diseases or gastric diseases. CONSTITUTION: A GLP-2 conjugate comprises glycagon-like peptide-2(GLP-2) and immunoglobulin(IgG) Fc region linked by non-peptidic polymers of polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, ethylene glycol-propylene glycol copolymer, polyoxyethylated polyol, polyvinyl alcohol, polysaccharides, dextran, polyvinyl ethyl ether, biodegradable polymers, lipid polymers, chitins, hyaluronic acid or mixture thereof. The IgG Fc region comprises CH1, CH2, CH3 or CH4 domain. The IgG region additionally contains hinge domain. |
