PURPOSE: A probe, genetic chip, and kit for genetic diagnosis of porcine respiratory disease complex(PRDC) is provided to quickly diagnose the disease. CONSTITUTION: A probe for genetic diagnosis of porcine respiratory disease complex(PRDC) has a base sequence selected from sequence numbers 1-14 which complementarily binds to specific genes of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRSV), mycoplasma(MH), Pasteurella, Actinobacillus, and swine influenza virus. A genetic chip for probing porcine respiratory disease complex(PRDC) contains one or more probes. A kit for diagnosing PRDC gene contains the genetic chip.
