SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING REAL-TIME TROUBLE DETECTION FOR MOTOR CONTROL UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A system for real time fault diagnosing of a motor control unit and a method thereof are provided to realize detection of the real time failure mode of and debugging a motor control unit. CONSTITUTION: A simulator(100) makes a virtual model for a motor and an inverter and executes test scenario for actually simulating the motor model and virtual model. A first MCU(200) changes an internal parameter by interlinking with the virtual model and processing a signal received from the simulator. A second MCU(300) processes the signal received from simulator and operates a drive motor(400) through the control of real voltage or current by processing the signal received from the simulator. A load motor(500) simulates the system load of the drive motor by the simulator.
