PURPOSE: A data output driver and an integrated circuit including the same are provided to output data from a memory chip without an errors in case an output mode is changed or a memory chip using a different operational voltage is applied. CONSTITUTION: A pull-up output pre-driver(410) outputs one or more pull-up signals by pulling up data according to a driving voltage and a driver mode signal. A pull-down output pre-driver(420) outputs one or more pull-down signals by pulling down data according to a driving voltage and a driver mode signal. An output driver circuit(330) varies driver performance for outputting pull-up data or pull-down data according to one or more pull-up signals or one or more pull-down signals. |
