PURPOSE: A low voltage micro bubble generator is provided to maximize effectiveness and satisfaction by effectively generating micro bubbles through centrifugal force, centripetal force, and stabilization process of low pressure feed water. CONSTITUTION: The inside of an aeration pipe(10) comprises an entrance(11) and an exit(12) which are formed into hollow. A helix induction guide(20) spirally guides low pressure feed water inside the aeration pipe. The helix induction guide generates micro bubbles by helix energy exercise. A sphere chamber(30) discharges the low pressure feed water which passes through the helix induction guide to a bottom outlet(32) through a top feeding part(31). The low pressure feed water which passes through the sphere chamber is guided by a conduction diaphragm(42) which is arranged to zigzag. A micro bubble stabilization conduction part(40) stabilizes the micro bubbles within the low pressure feed water.
