<p>PURPOSE: A water-permeable concrete block composition is provided to maintain durability, compressive strength, freezing and thawing resistance, and permeability by mixing bottom ash which includes fine aggregate and thick aggregate with Portland cement. CONSTITUTION: A water-permeable concrete block composition comprises 13-35 weight% of Portland cement, 3-5 weight% of super-high-early-strength cement, 3-5 weight% of blast furnace slag cement, 6.8-24.5 weight% of bottom ash with diameter of 2-5mm, 25-50 weigh% of bottom ash with diameter of 6-13 mm, 18.1-43.1 weight% of natural and artificial aggregates, 3-8 weight% of fly ash with particle size of 2,500-3,000cm^2/g, 3-8 weight% of blast furnace slag with particle size of 4000-6000cm^2/g, and 0.1-0.5 weight% of polycarboxylic acid based fluidifier. 100 weight% of the natural and artificial aggregates comprise 25-50 weight% of waste concrete with diameter of 6-13mm, 9.8-24.5 weight% of natural aggregate with 2-5mm, and 25-50 weight% of natural aggregate with diameter of 13mm, and 6.8-24.5 weight % of rubble with diameter of 2-5mm.</p> |
