The power plant has a wind turbine (13) rotatably mounted on a support frame around a vertical axis of rotation. Photovoltaic units (11) and/or thermoelectric units (12) are mounted on the support frame. An electronic management board (15) manages electric energy produced by the wind turbine and the photovoltaic and/or thermoelectric units. The photovoltaic units and/or thermoelectric units are mounted above the wind turbine such that flow of air mixed by the wind turbine cools the photovoltaic and/or thermoelectric units via the top.
