DRY-TYPE DESULFURIZATION APPARATUS FOR WASTE HEAT OF FLUE GAS AT THE POWER PLANT BOILER

PURPOSE: A dry type desulfurization apparatus of exhaust gas from a power plant boiler is provided to prevent the absorption of liquid chemical in a exhaust gas duct by absorbing and eliminating sulfur oxides from the dust without a separate reactor. CONSTITUTION: A solvent silo(1) supplies sodium bicarbonate(NaHCO_3) and slaked lime(Ca(OH)_2) as solid absorbent. A motor(2) applies torque, and a conveyor(3) conveys the solid absorbent from the solvent silo based on the torque of the motor. A grinder(4) grinds the solid absorbent from the conveyor. A fan(5) applies pneumatic pressures for conveying ground solid absorbent. A duct(6) secures a path for conveying the ground solid absorbent. A boiler(7) secures a path for passing exhaust gas, and the end part of the duct is installed in the boiler.
