PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter for urethra insertion with an improved head part for preventing an upper end of the catheter from being hardly drawn with the upper end pinched by the storage tube when separating the upper end from the plug. SOLUTION: The catheter for urethra insertion storing an antiseptic and stored in a storage container composed of an upper container 104, a small diameter storage tube 110 connected to the lower end of the upper container, and an engaging part 114 in which a connecting part of the upper container and the storage tube is obliquely formed includes a head part 40 in which an upper end is opened so as to be coupled with a coupling boss part 39 of a plug 28 arranged in the storage container and an insertion tube 148 coupled with the lower end of the head part so as to be in communication with the lower end and inserted into a urethra, and the head part has an engaging boss 146 having a diameter larger than the diameter of the storage pipe so as to engage with the engaging part formed between the upper container and the storage tube at the lower end thereof.
