PURPOSE: A manufacturing device for double side minute pattern film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture the various models of film with the low cost without the change of the entire pattern forming unit. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device for double side minute pattern film comprises first and second pattern belts(7-1, 7-2) and first and second pressing rollers(6-1, 6-2). The first and second patterns for one side and the other side of the film are formed in the outer surface of the first and second pattern belts. The first pattern belt is rolled with the first length-adjusting guide rollers(12-1, 12-2, 12-3) and first pattern roller(4-1). The second pattern belt is rolled with the second length-adjusting guide roller(4-2) and second pattern roller(4-2). The first pressing roller adheres closely the first pattern belt to the roller for the first pattern roller. The ultraviolet curable resin of input part is patterned according to the first pattern in one side of film. The second pressing roller adheres closely the second pattern belt to the roller for the second pattern. The ultraviolet curable resin is patterned according to the other side face pattern in the other side face of film.
