PURPOSE: A closed section member connection structure of a vehicle is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by reducing the number of components and manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: A closed section member connection structure of a vehicle comprises a first member(10) and a second member(20). The first member is formed with a closed section. The first member includes a penetration part(11) formed in the upper side thereof. The second member is formed with a closed section too and inserted to the penetration part vertically. The second member is welded by laser in the state of contacting the first member and passing through the first member. Both sides of the second member are composed of a first taper side(21), an attachment surface(23), and a second taper surface(22).
