PURPOSE: A wireless communication system, femto base station, and terminal using the same are provided to effectively distribute wireless resources by sharing load between femto modules. CONSTITUTION: A femto base station(300) provides information related to the frequency of plural allocation bands in order to connects a terminal(100) with wireless sections and one of the allocation band. The terminal receives information related to connection refusal messages and the frequency. The terminal searches the allocation band based on the frequency related information. The terminal requests for connecting the femto base station with the wireless section.
