Provided are a DNA analysis device using a nano pore structure, a DNA analysis method and a PCR quantitative detecting device. A DNA analysis device using a nano pore structure according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a chamber receiving a solution and having a first area and a second area; a first electrode positioned in the first area; a second electrode positioned in the second area, facing the first electrode; a nano pore film positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode and having a conductive layer and nano pores penetrating the conductive layer; and an electric signal section electrically connected to the conductive layer, the first electrode and the second electrode, applying first electric signals thereto and receiving second electric signals therefrom, wherein DNA in the solution is detected using the second electric signals. |
