<p>Provided are a communication system capable of efficiently managing/controlling a radio link state of a part of an aggregate cell when a radio link failure is detected in the cell by a mobile station device, a mobile station device, a radio transmission control method, and an integrated circuit. A physical layer of the mobile station device detects a downlink synchronization recovery (in-sync) and a downlink synchronization error (out-of-link) and notifies a detection result to RRC of the mobile station device. The RRC determines whether a radio link failure has occurred for each cell on the basis of the notified downlink synchronization error and downlink synchronization recovery and notifies, for each cell, whether a radio link failure has occurred to MAC of the mobile station device. The MAC sets, on the basis of the notification, such that a radio transmission is stopped in uplink taking the downlink of the cell in which the radio link failure has occurred as a reference for transmission power adjustment.</p> |
