The present invention relates to a wind power generation apparatus capable of generating power irrespective of the direction of the wind by rotating a wind power generator assembly using a guide blade without using power that corresponds to the direction of the wind. The wind power generation apparatus comprises: the assembly in which wind power generators including a funnel installed horizontally inside a casing to pass the wind and one or more generating means installed in a reducing tube of the funnel are connected in multiple rows and layers; and a vertical pillar which is vertically installed on the ground or on the top of a floating body in case of wind power generation on the sea, wherein the assembly is rotatably fixed with rotating means on both sides of the vertical pillar. |
