The purpose of the present invention is to provide a mooring device capable of simply and strongly mutually connecting heavy members, capable of preventing the conduction of electricity, and which does not generate heat or generate noise that causes malfunction of electronic components, etc., that are provided in the vicinity. Also provided is a steering mooring mechanism using said mooring device. The mooring device has: fixing members that are fixed to each of two electrically conductive members to be moored; and a metal coupling member that couples the fixing members. At least one of the fixing members is configured as a non-conductive fixing member that has: a metal fixing body fixed to the members to be moored; and a connecting body made of a non-conductive material and which non-contactably connects the fixing body and the coupling member. As a result of this configuration, the coupling member is characterized by being non-conductive with the member to be moored, on the side that the non-conductive fixing member is fixed. |
