[Solution] A method of preparing a process diagram comprises: a preparation step for preparing specification information that identifies which work object is included in each work specification; a setting step for preparing setting data including at least information relating to the work object, the work specification and the process by setting information relating to the process for each work object on the basis of the specification information; and a preparation step for preparing a process diagram using the setting data.
