<p>Provided is an elastic wave splitter having superior isolation characteristics. First ground via-hole electrodes (52j) connect between electrodes (46j, 45j), which are ground wiring electrodes (55). Second ground via-hole electrodes (51j, 51k, 51l) connect ground land electrodes (47j, 47k, 47l) and the electrode (46j), which is one of the ground wiring electrodes (55). Third ground via-hole electrodes (53j) connect a ground terminal (25) and the electrode (45j), which is one of the ground wiring electrodes (55). The first ground via-hole electrodes (52j) are provided in a greater number than each of the second and third ground via-hole electrodes (51j, 51k, 51l, 53j).</p> |
