The tactile proximity sensor (SR) comprises layers. The physical operating principle of a proximity sensor is provided by the change of the capacity, and is operated in the proximity sensor transmit mode or proximity sensor receiving mode. The proximity sensor forms unit with a tactile sensor, where one layer is made of an elastic conductive polymer. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an electrical control circuit for forming a sensor; and (2) an electrical control for measuring the power.
