PURPOSE: A tower crane is provided to diversely use in various environment because a vertical boom and a horizontal boom are formed into an elastic structure to adjust length of the tower crane depending on ambient environment around work places and working uses. CONSTITUTION: A tower crane(10) comprises a vertical boom(100) and a horizontal boom(200). The vertical boom or the horizontal boom comprises a boom assembly(11), a seizure-type link part(12), and a cylinder part(13). The boom assembly is composed that multiple boom bars are elastically connected in multi-stage. The seizure-type link part is fixed in both sides of the boom assembly to be elasticized along the boom assembly. The cylinder part offers elasticity of the boom assembly.
