PURPOSE: A heat exchanger with improved operation efficiency is provided to maintain optimal operational state by preheating the transmission oil using cooled water. CONSTITUTION: Cooled water is supplied from a return pipe(R) of an engine transmission(ET) which supplies cooled water to the engine(E). A delivery pipe(20) cools the transmission oil by the low temperature cooled water. The delivery pipe re-sends the cooled water to the return pipe. The delivery pipe comprises a thermostat(11). The thermostat is operated by the control of an engine ECU.
