The energy demand/supply unit or the energy management unit receives information relating to energy charge. The amount of energy used or energy charged when the component is controlled on the basis of at least the information relating to the energy charge can be smaller than the amount of energy used or energy charged when the component is not controlled on the basis of at least the information relating to the energy charge. If the information relating to the energy charge is high-cost information, the function of one component of the energy demand/supply unit is limited, and the operating time or output of the energy demand/supply unit is adjusted after the completion of the high-cost information period in accordance with the limited function of one component.
