The present invention includes: a gas-turbine fuel nozzle (1) having a plurality of fuel supply passages (3a) through which fuel is supplied, a plurality of fuel/scavenging-fluid supply passages (3b) through which fuel or a scavenging fluid that scavenges the fuel is supplied, and a plurality of injection holes (7a, 7b) each provided at the downstream end of one of the fuel supply passages (3a) or one of the fuel/scavenging-fluid supply passages (3b) and injecting the fuel or the scavenging fluid introduced from the fuel supply passage (3a) or the fuel/scavenging-fluid supply passage (3b); a scavenging-fluid supply passage (21) that is connected to the fuel/scavenging-fluid supply passages (3b) and that introduces the scavenging fluid thereto; and a scavenging-fluid cooling means (23) that cools the scavenging fluid to a temperature below the self-ignition temperature of the fuel.
