Disclosed is a compound represented by formula (1). In the formula, l, m and n each represents an integer of 1-3; Ar1-Ar4 each independently represents a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6-30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group having 5-30 ring-forming carbon atoms; Ar5, Ar6 and Ar7 each independently represents a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group having 6-30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroarylene group having 5-30 ring-forming carbon atoms; and p represents an integer of 0-2, and Ar6 and N are linked by a single bond when p is 0. In this connection, at least one substituent of Ar1-Ar4 is a substituted silyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1-20 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group having 3-10 carbon atoms; and at least one substituent of Ar1-Ar4 is a cyano group.
