<p>[Problem] To provide a thin-film solar cell module manufacturing device with which it is possible to form a counter-hotspot cell detachment structure and an edge detachment structure for ensuring dielectric strength with a single device. [Solution] The manufacturing device (50) comprises a first laser beam source (100) and a second laser beam source (200). The first laser beam source (100) generates a first infrared laser (L1) and forms an edge detachment part (V1) in a cell integrated substrate (15). The second laser beam source (200) generates a second infrared laser (L2) and forms a cell detachment line for separating each power generator cell of the cell integrated substrate (15). The edge detachment part (V1) and the cell detachment line (V2) are respectively formed while mutually moving the first laser beam source (100) and the second laser beam source (200) with respect to a stage (51) which supports the cell integrated substrate (15).</p>
