The present invention provides a method, an apparatus and a system for processing the configuration files, which can store the template of the configuration files beforehand, in the mobile communication technology field. The template of the configuration files are displayed in the interface and the modification for the configuration items in the configuration files is accepted; the modified contents are verified and the modified contents which are passed in the verification are imported into the template of the configuration files; the new configuration files generated according to the modified contents are transmitted to other devices. With the method, apparatus or system for processing the configuration files provided by the present invention, the operation for the configuration files of the devices is simplified and the operators can upgrade the devices without logging on the host computer one by one.
