The connector (18) has lips for covering upper-sides of edge areas of floor elements e.g. bridge plate (12) and base plate (14), respectively, where the connector comprises a material designed as a resilient material and another material having high stiffness than that of the former material. The latter material is provided in a region of a groove-shaped recess and in other regions of the former material. A third material has high stiffness as that of the former material. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement of floor elements.
