PURPOSE: An information exchange system utilizing QR(Quick Response) code technology and treasure hunting type advertising method thereof are provided to induce consumers to participate in games by providing chances of acquiring free gifts to the consumers. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal captures targets in an active mode of application programs. The portable terminal displays the captured images of the targets and image analysis results on a display unit and transmits the images of the targets to a management server(S40). The management server transmits authentication messages to a user and notifies the existence of a pre-occupier to the user(S60).
