PURPOSE: An energy saving-type double window system is provided to reduce cooling and heating energy and to improve a ventilation effect without an external air inlet. CONSTITUTION: An energy saving-type double window system comprises a frame(10), an indoor window frame part(20), an outdoor window frame part(30), a hollow layer(40), two partition members(42), and lower side vents. The indoor and outdoor window frame parts are formed by coupling indoor and outdoor windows to indoor and outdoor window frames and are installed on the frame. The hollow layer is formed in a space between the indoor and outdoor window frame parts. The partition members are installed in the hollow layer to be separated from each other. The lower side vents are formed on the bottom ends of the partition members and circulate air in the hollow layer.
