PURPOSE: A steering column of a vehicle is provided to minimize the injury of a driver by absorbing a first impact and a second impact energy transferred to a steering column during the collision, and improving the collision performance by adjusting the pattern of the impact energy by adjusting the impact absorbing performance according to a vehicle model, and reduce the number of components, the production cost, and assembling process. CONSTITUTION: A steering column of a vehicle comprises a steering shaft and a column tube(320). The steering column is coupled with a steering wheel(305). The column tube shaped of a hollow hole embedding a steering shaft is retracted into the shaft direction during the collision and comprises a deformation unit(330) for absorbing the impact energy.
