PURPOSE: A clad sheet and an electronic device using the same are provided to allow the heat from a heat radiating body to easily be exhausted outside by locating a material with high-heat conductivity in a portion contacting a backlight unit and a material with superior heat dissipation under the high-heat conductivity material. CONSTITUTION: A clad sheet for an electronic device including a heating body comprises a steel plate and an aluminum plate whose thickness is 10-90% of the total clad sheet thickness. The clad sheet is arranged so that the aluminum plate is closer to the heating body of an electronic device than the steel plate. The steel plate and the aluminum plate are bonded by rolling.
