PURPOSE: A mobile rack having a shelf is provided to prevent damage to the frame of the mobile rack and to facilitate the carrying thereof. CONSTITUTION: A mobile rack having a shelf comprises a frame part(1), a movable part, and a driving part(3). The frame part comprises a vertical support frame(13), a vertical partition panel(16), a shelf, and a front panel(11). The vertical support frame forms the skeleton of the mobile rack. The vertical partition panel forms a separation film having a vertical partition form. The front panel is formed in a detachable structure in order to cover the front of the mobile rack. The driving part offers the driving force to the movable part.
