PURPOSE: A cigarette case for preventing the discharge of cigarette powder is provided to enable users to economically and easily manufacture the cigarette case without installing a separate case in the cigarette case. CONSTITUTION: A cigarette case for preventing the discharge of cigarette powder comprises the following: a cigarette packaging container storing plural cigarettes; and a packaging outer skin(3) surrounding the cigarette packaging container. The packaging outer skin includes a first opening band(4) formed on a cigarette outlet on the upper side of the cigarette packaging container for separating from a main body of the packaging outer skin, and a second opening band(5) formed on the lower side of the first opening band for separation from the main body of the packaging outer skin.
