PURPOSE: A surface treating solution composition for improving the corrosion resistance of steel reinforcements is provided to ensure strong adhesion of a surface treating solution to steel reinforcements and prevent the corrosion of the steel reinforcement effectively. CONSTITUTION: A surface treating solution composition for improving the corrosion resistance of steel reinforcements comprises nanoceramic 20~30wt.%, silica 5~15wt.%, alumina sol 1~5wt.%, water soluble or water-dispersed resin 10~20wt.%, organometallic compound 5~10wt.%, and water of the remaining amount.
