PURPOSE: A structure for installing reflecting plates of a light-reflecting apparatus for a fish-luring light of a fishing boat is provided to manually and conveniently install plural reflection plates and simplify the installation structure thereof. CONSTITUTION: A structure for installing reflecting plates of a light-reflecting apparatus for a fish-luring light of a fishing boat comprises a refection plate(30), an outer supporting protrusions(32), inner supporting protrusions(31), a reflection plate inner hanging wire(42) and a reflection plate outer hanging wire(43). A linear rotation central axis wire(41) includes an upper hanging portion. A lower hanging portion is formed at one end of the reflection plate outer hanging wire.
