PURPOSE: A direct display print system and a substrate medium register system of the same are provided to facilitate a high speed operation because a required driving force can be minimized or resetting a horizontal cartridge can be avoided. CONSTITUTION: A direct display print system comprises a printing head, a media transferring unit, a gradient compensation system, a reflection system, and a controller. The print head comprises a plurality of print nozzles. The media transporting unit transfers a substrate medium to pass the print head. The gradient compensation system comprises one or more rollers to compensate a gradient of the substrate medium. The substrate medium is transferred in a process direction by the media transferring unit. A sensor of the reflection system detects one or more leading end and rear end edges and a horizontal position of the substrate medium of the media transferring unit. The controller decides the point of time when ink is sprayed from the sub set of the printing nozzle.
