PURPOSE: A printed circuit board equipped with a capacitor is provided to simplify manufacturing process by including a plurality of capacitors by forming a cavity or a groove part and to reduce manufacturing costs by adopting the plurality of capacitors in which an electrode is connected. CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board comprises a core layer(200) having a cavity(250), a capacitor(100) included in the cavity, an insulating layer(300) formed on the core layer, and a wiring pattern(400) formed on the insulating layer. The core layer is composed of a pre-preg or a metal member, and the insulating layer consisting or a phenol resin, an epoxy resin, and an imide resin. The core layer having the cavity is laminated on a lower layer insulating layer(310). The lower layer insulating layer is formed in both sides of the core layer. A wiring pattern is formed in the exterior of the lower layer insulating layer. The wiring pattern comprises a signal pattern transferring a signal, a power pattern which receives power, and a ground pattern.
