PURPOSE: Chain type crampons are provided to make the deformation of the crampons frees and to facilitate the carrying thereof. CONSTITUTION: Chain type crampons comprise a fixing ring(30), a chain(40), and a loop(50). A binding band adheres closely to the top of mountain-climbing boots. A plurality of fixing holes is formed into the corner of the binding band. In the fixing ring, one end thereof is coupled with the fixing hole of the binding band. The chain is connected to the central head of the loop. Spikes are formed to be projected.
