PURPOSE: A mopping cleaning robot is provided to cleanly wipe uneven or bent floors by pressing a mop on the floor with a suitable force. CONSTITUTION: A mopping cleaning robot comprises a body(1), a cleaning unit(2), a wheel motor, a cleaning motor, a water supply unit(5), a battery, an obstacle detection sensor(8), and a control unit. The water supply unit includes a water supply hose. The water supply hose is connected to a discharging unit so that the discharged water from a water container is supplied to a water receiving groove of a rotating plate of the cleaning unit. The obstacle detection sensor is attached in the body and detects obstacles. The control unit distributes electricity of the battery to the wheel motor, the cleaning motor, and the water supply unit depending on control signals in order to operate the cleaning robot.
