<p>The present invention treats as a problem the provision of a rental apartment building (10) wherein it is possible for a resident to purchase desired products and receive same rapidly while remaining in one's own apartment and avoiding coming face to face with another person. In order to solve the problem, the present invention comprises an in-building conveyor device (17) which is installed in a rental apartment building (10) and which is capable of conveying individual items to respective apartments (14). When a product purchase operation is made by a resident via a touch panel, the in-building conveyor device (17) is activated, the purchased product is transferred from a vending machine-type product supply device (21) to the in-building conveyor device (17), and is conveyed by the in-building conveyor device (17) to the resident's apartment (14). The location of the purchased product is thereupon displayed on the touch panel, and payment is charged at a prescribed timing according to the location of the purchased product.</p> |
