ANNEALING SEPARATION AGENT FOR PRODUCING GRAIN-ORIENTED SILICON STEEL WITH SMOOTH SURFACE AND GOOD MAGNETIC PROPERTY
摘要
<p>An annealing separation agent for producing grain-oriented silicon steel with smooth surface and good magnetic property comprises (in weight %): Al2O3 powder 77-98%, alkaline earth oxide powder 1-8% and alkali metal chloride and/or alkaline earth metal chloride 1-15%. The annealing separation agent in the invention can avoid forming glassy film on the surface of the steel plate during high-temperature annealing process and remove the embedded oxide near the surface of substrate by the corrosion reaction of chloride, so that the products with smooth surface and stable magnetic property is obtained.</p>
