PURPOSE: An alarm valve is provided to simplify seat ring structure and assembly by comprising the seat ring structure into an insertion type and to improve sealing by forming o-ring structure in a seat. CONSTITUTION: An alarm valve comprises a valve body(101), a butterfly valve, and an alarm valve disc seat ring. A butterfly valve upper body is formed in the lower part of the valve body to be integrated. A butterfly valve lower body(114) is coupled to the lower part of the valve body. A butterfly disc forming in the lower part and the upper part of the valve body is fitted in the center of a butterfly seat. The alarm valve disc seat ring is inserted between the upper part of the butterfly seat and the lower part of an alarm valve body.
