The invention relates to agents for the treatment of keratin-containing fibres, in particular human hair, containing in a cosmetically acceptable carrier (a) at least one copolymer, comprising at least one structural unit of formula (I), at least one structural unit of formula (II), at least one structural unit of formula (III) and at least one structural unit of formula (IV), in which R'' represents a (C1 to C4) alkyl group, in particular a methyl group, R is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R''' is a hydrogen atom or one equivalent of a physiologically acceptable cation, and (b) at least one polyol having at least three hydroxy groups. The agents are suitable for temporary hair styling and for hair care, especially in the form of a hair creme or a hair gel.
