The present invention can provide a grating-safety-cover production method comprising the steps of: forming a perforated plate in which are formed a plurality of holes passing through vertically; inserting, into each of the plurality of holes, semicircular-cone-shaped columns of smaller diameter than the holes, and inserting the same such that the outer circumferential surfaces of the columns and the inner circumferential surfaces of the holes are spaced apart; forming an upper layer by coating a substance that forms an upper layer onto the upper part of the perforated layer while the semicircular-cone-shaped columns are inserted; and separating the semicircular-cone-shaped columns, and the invention can provide a safety grating which has a structure that drains water well while at the same time not allowing shoe heels, the wheels of carriages for infants and children and other objects and the like to sink in easily, and which is strongly durable and not easily damaged due to the impact-absorbing function that resilient bodies have. |
