[Problem] To provide a miniature model steam locomotive equipped with a smoke-generating device that generates white smoke for smoke and steam exhaust that does not pollute the surrounding atmosphere, and which is highly safe for humans. [Solution] The miniature model steam locomotive smoke generating device comprises a steam locomotive main body having a power supply, a driver's cab (2) and a plurality of main driving wheels (3 to 5), and is further provided with a device that mixes vapor obtained using a heater (12) to heat a non-oily liquid drawn from a tank (12) by means of a wick (13) with the exhaust from a steam drive source or an air exhaust device to discharge simulated smoke or simulated steam exhaust.
