PURPOSE: Sweet fried apple, and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the nutrients including vitamins in fresh apple, and to offer the crunchy texture and the sweet taste to eaters. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of sweet fried apple comprises the following steps: washing fresh apple, and removing the skin and seeds(S1); cutting the washed apple(S2); parboiling the cut apples, coating the apples with flour, and repeating the parboiling process and the coating process for 2~3times(S3); frying the coated apple in cooking oil at 160deg C for 20~40second(S4); mixing the fried apple with sugar syrup(S5); and cooling the sweet fried apple after separating each piece(S6).
